首页 > 促销活动 > 优势产品 肌钙蛋白（Tn）是肌肉组织收缩的调节蛋白，位于收缩蛋白的细肌丝上，在肌肉收缩和舒张过程中起着重要的调节作用；心肌肌钙蛋白则仅存在于心肌细胞中，是由肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）、肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）、肌钙蛋白C（cTnC）三种亚单位组成的络合物。
cTnT和cTnI是心肌细胞特有的抗原，肌钙蛋白是心肌损伤坏死的标志物，对急性心肌梗死的诊断和危险分层有重要的临床意义（诊断敏感性100%,特异性91%,且持续时间长）。肌钙蛋白值升高提示心肌损伤，可见于急性心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛、肺梗死、心力衰竭休克及其他导致心肌损伤的疾病如胰腺炎、严重糖尿病酮症酸中毒、结缔组织疾病等，数值越高，损伤范围越广。
