首页 > 促销活动 > 优势产品 Pepsinogen I胃蛋白酶原I(PGI)是胃蛋白酶的前体，根据其生化性质和免疫原性将其分成2个亚群，1-5组分的免疫原性相同，称为胃蛋白酶原I，主要由胃底腺的主细胞和黏液颈细胞分泌；PGI是检测胃泌酸腺细胞功能的指针，胃酸分泌增多PGI升高，分泌减少或胃粘膜腺体萎缩PGI降低；通过其血清测量值的不同，在各胃部疾病中均有不同程度的改变，为临床提供可靠的诊断价值。
